What We Look For

Hiring Requirements

Education

Minimum Higher Secondary. Bachelor’s or Honors preferred, but not required.

Language

Fluent English is required. Hindi is a strong advantage for client support roles.

Experience

1+ year in BPO or call center preferred. Motivated freshers are welcome.

Core Skills

MS Word & Excel, clear communication, grooming, punctuality, and adaptability.
